About the Role
As Growth Lead, APAC, your mission is to grow 0x transaction volumes across our product stack (0x and Matcha) from APAC-based users and customers. You will develop and execute a regional ecosystem growth strategy, build relationships that lead to more API integrations or Matcha users, represent 0x at key events, find ways to build awareness and mindshare, gather feedback to improve our products, all while staying aligned with internal 0x product and GTM teams.
What You'll Do
Design and implement a comprehensive growth strategy across key APAC markets (likely Singapore, Hong Kong, South Korea, Japan) consistent with our overall GTM strategy. This may include: business development efforts with local integrators or whale traders, marketing opportunities to tap into local ecosystems or communities, and more.
Cultivate relationships with APAC-centered apps, developers, and partners to drive 0x API trading volumes or Matcha partnerships.
Represent 0x at key APAC conferences, hackathons, and meetups as a public-facing ambassador
Gather feedback from APAC ecosystem partners to inform product roadmap and localization strategies
Coordinate with internal teams at 0x to align growth efforts and drive key business metrics

Create awareness and excitement for 0x API within Asian developer communities and regional integration partners
Requirements
3+ years experience in crypto/Web3 business development, ecosystem growth, or partnership roles within APAC markets with demonstrable success driving business growth in at least one key APAC market
Strong understanding of APAC DeFi ecosystem and regional market dynamics
Comfortable in a startup environment (self-starter, self-directed, proactive, etc)
Experience navigating business practices and regulatory environments such as Singapore, Hong Kong, South Korea, and Japan.
Exceptional communication skills with ability to explain complex technical concepts across languages and cultures
English fluency required plus proficiency in at least one Asian language highly preferred (Mandarin, Korean, Japanese)
Current residence in or willingness to relocate to a major APAC crypto hub (Singapore preferred)
Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time across APAC countries and represent the company at APAC industry events, hackathons, etc.
