The Role

We are looking for a dynamic and outcome-focused Senior Strategy and Marketing Programs Manager to join our team. This pivotal role is a unique blend of strategy, meticulous project management, and agile operational execution, all targeted towards influencing pivotal business results. We are particularly interested in individuals who are natural problem solvers with a pragmatic approach, ready to translate complex challenges into tangible outcomes.

Addepar takes a market-based approach to pay. A successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on the role, job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target base salary for roles in Colorado, California, and New York.

The current range for this role is $118,000 - $185,000 (base salary) + bonus + equity + benefits.

What You’ll Do

  • Partner closely with the CMO and key partners to craft, refine, and advance key initiatives, ensuring they are in lockstep with the company's overarching objectives.
  • Lead and inspire cross-functional teams to bring strategic plans to fruition, guaranteeing timely and scope-compliant project completion.
  • Convert strategies into specific, actionable, and quantifiable plans, smoothly integrating these into operations.
  • Undertake analysis of market trends, industry shifts, and competitive landscapes to guide strategic decisions and uncover growth opportunities.
  • Develop and institute efficient operational processes and frameworks to elevate organizational productivity and performance.
  • Provide analysis and reports on project outcomes, offering insights and recommendations to the CMO and senior leadership team.
  • Cultivate a culture of innovation and continuous enhancement, promoting process and system improvements.
  • Build and maintain positive collaborations and vendors, ensuring alignment and efficient use of resources.
