The Role
We are seeking our first Solutions Consultant in Singapore, a foundational role in building Addepar’s delivery presence across Southeast Asia and greater APAC. As a key member of our client onboarding team, you’ll work closely with leading wealth managers, family offices, private banks, and RIAs/FAs to implement Addepar’s platform and deliver an exceptional onboarding experience.
This is a hands-on, client-facing role that blends technical aptitude, financial expertise, and project execution. You’ll be a strategic partner to our clients, translating business needs into scalable workflows, while bridging communication between APAC-based clients and our global Product, Engineering, and Client teams.
This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the growth of Addepar in Singapore and help shape how we deliver solutions across a culturally and operationally diverse region.
What You’ll Do

Lead end-to-end implementation projects for new and existing clients across Singapore and Southeast Asia.
- Manage data onboarding and system configurations with precision and attention to detail, ensuring accurate and secure client transitions.
- Deliver add-on projects and coordinate with certified delivery partners to scale implementations.
- Build strong relationships with key client stakeholders and become a trusted partner in helping them achieve their long-term goals.
- Set and manage project expectations clearly with clients and internal teams, ensuring alignment across time zones and geographies.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on Addepar’s platform and how it supports diverse investment management workflows.
- Contribute to the development of playbooks, tools, and delivery best practices tailored for the APAC market.
- Navigate local regulatory and compliance norms (e.g. MAS guidelines, PDPA) in client data handling and project delivery.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Solutions Engineering, and Client Success to ensure successful handoffs and a seamless client experience.
Who You Are
- Minimum 2 years of experience in financial services, enterprise SaaS, consulting, or a related client-facing role.
- Proven experience in solution delivery, implementation, or onboarding—ideally with wealth management, fintech, or data-heavy platforms.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage both business and technical stakeholders.
- Highly organized, autonomous, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, emerging market environment.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages such as Mandarin, Bahasa, or Japanese is a plus given the regional client base.
- Passionate about financial technology, with a solid understanding of investment workflows and data operations.
- Experience collaborating with global teams and managing projects across multiple time zones.
- Familiarity with scripting or programming (Python preferred) is a strong plus.
- Knowledge of MAS regulatory frameworks and PDPA is beneficial.
- Willingness to travel within Southeast Asia based on client needs
