We’re a new-school solution tackling an age-old, ubiquitous problem with smart technology and automation in a market full of inefficient, high-cost solution options - spreadsheets, manual processes, legacy software, more headcount, outsourcing, etc.
This position may be based in our Denver, CO office or remotely from one of the following states: CA, DC, FL, GA, IA, IL, IN, KS, MA, MD, MO, NC, NJ, NV, NY, OH, OR, TX, UT, VA, & WA.
Reporting to the Senior Director of Demand Generation this important role will be the primary owner of AgentSync’s industry events, VIP events, and webinars.
AgentSync is looking for an Events Manager who will own paid and virtual events, such as Industry Trade Shows, VIP Events, Customer Events and Webinars. They will need to act strategically while also executing tactically. This role will be challenged to push boundaries, propose and execute new ideas, and establish best practices.
Responsibilities
- Plan and host virtual and in-person events to create net-new sales opportunities, accelerate sales opportunities and deepen our existing customer relationships
- Management of events including, but not limited to: planning, budget management, operations, logistics, vendor management and contract negotiation, design direction, speaking engagement coordination, and on-site execution
- Partner with internal stakeholders to ideate, select, and execute events that generate demand
- Full marketing ecosystem understanding, considering an omni-channel approach to key messages and products, tying event activations into strategic marketing goals
- Communication and coordination across internal go-to-market teams including marketing, sales, SDRs, customer success and operations teams
- Consistent, clear and coordinated event and marketing project management
- Develop reporting framework that proves event performance throughout the funnel, including pipeline generated and influenced
- Track and optimize the event funnel, striving to improve conversion at every point: promotion, registration, attendance, and follow-up
- Track event performance, including pipeline generation, acceleration and return on investment, and deliver post-event readouts
- Partner with content, product and go-to-market teams on executing high-performing webinar programs
- Collaborate with Partner team on co-marketing events
- Partner with Brand Communications Manager to evaluate trade association event and webinar participation
- Assist Director of Account Based and Field Marketing in field event activations as needed
Skills And Experience
- 5+ years experience planning, executing, and measuring events and marketing programs of various sizes and scope
- 2+ years demand generation experience in high-growth B2B SaaS companies, industry niche preferred, especially insurance
- 2+ Years marketing experience in startups 2+ years marketing automation power user experience (Pardot, Hubspot, or Marketo)
- 2+ years Salesforce power user experience
- Track record of developing and managing multiple marketing programs simultaneously
- Analytical skills and ability to draw most relevant insights that accurately describe performance and impact metrics, and take action
- Prior experience in MarTech and/or ABM is a major plus
- Experience in project management software
- Ability to multitask, prioritize issues/escalations, and manage many projects simultaneously
- Acute attention to detail; demonstrated ability for accuracy and thoroughness in project management
- Natural problem-solver: able to both delve into the details and operational tactics, and understand the big picture or overall strategy
- Proactive and passionate: solving conceptual problems with Manager, and delivering results in challenging situations
- High-energy, team-first attitude: motivated to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment to help our growing business
- Ability to travel, as needed, for events is required

Salary
$ 100,000-$115,000 base plus bonus
