AgentSync is a powerful, easy-to-use Compliance as a Service solution, directly integrating regulatory database sources of truth (i.e. NIPR, FINRA) with core business systems (i.e. Salesforce) so we can automate the critical business processes associated with these compliance requirements.
We’re a new-school solution tackling an age-old, ubiquitous problem with smart technology and automation in a market full of inefficient, high-cost solution options - spreadsheets, manual processes, legacy software, more headcount, outsourcing, etc.
This position is hybrid located in our Denver office.

The Sales Development team at AgentSync partners directly with our Account Executives (AEs) and helps support the team by sourcing new opportunities and generating pipeline to help the sales team win and grow company revenue. This role gives the opportunity for continued career growth at AgentSync. The AgentSync team has over 20 years of Sales leadership experience, and we're looking for anchors to our team's success.
What you’ll do:
- Generate new opportunities and sales pipeline through outbound sales tactics
- Build account plans in collaboration with your Account Executive to drive further understand of our Target Accounts
- Partner with Demand Generation to execute on cross-functional sales plays and events
- Help AgentSync get a foot in the door at the biggest insurance companies in the world
- Become a master of prospecting tools: Outreach, LinkedIn, Salesforce, Loom, Sales Navigator and more
- Go through AgentSync sales bootcamp (AgentCafes) and receive ongoing sales training monthly
- Showcase mastery around research analysis for your named accounts
- Receive broad exposure across departments to grow your internal brand
Your experience:
- 1+ years combination of sales & sales development experience, preferably at a SaaS company
- Deep experience using Salesforce effectively & efficiently
- Experience using common Sales Productivity tools (e.g. Outreach, Sales Navigator, etc.)
- Well versed in sales best practices when it comes to cold calling, email, and social selling
- Strategic thinking around around account planning and territory management
- Experience with research analytics, working cross functionally, and attention to detail
Salary and Benefits:
In accordance with Colorado law, the following represents AgentSync’s reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation for this role, if hired in Colorado.
Denver/Boulder Metro
$60,000 + Commission
Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in AgentSync’s equity program
