Overview:

We are currently seeking candidates to fill an Accounting Manager position. Reporting to our Financial Controller, this Accounting Manager position is a cross-functional role that supports AgentSync’s application of accounting and regulatory standards for a variety of complex accounting issues and business transactions. As the Accounting Manager you will own the month-end close process, lead our ERP migration, and own our financial reporting. What you’ll do:

• Lead the monthly accounting close and reporting processes.
• Research and analyze accounting guidance to formulate and document accounting policies.
• Work cross-functionally to ensure the integrity of the general ledger.
• Ownership of the ASC 606 revenue recognition process.
• Prepare / review journal entries to record revenue, software capitalization, amortization of prepaids, accruals, etc. and reconcile balance sheet accounts in accordance with best practices.
• Prepare and analyze internal financial statements ensuring accuracy and timely reporting in accordance with GAAP.
• Lead ERP migration project.
• Offer a perspective to streamline and automate processes.
• Prepare and present actual to budget analysis and trending variances.
• Respond to financial inquiries and provide support to diligence requests, as needed.

Your experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting (or equivalent work experience)
• 5 to 12 years of accounting experience required with experience in SaaS preferred
• Experience with Accounting software, Quickbooks Online
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and best-in-class accounting processes, CPA preferred
• Self-motivated, able to handle multiple priorities
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to effectively manage data and maintain accuracy
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Google Sheets
• Desire to learn and grow in a challenging role

Salary:

In accordance with Colorado law, the following represents AgentSync’s reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation for this role, if hired in Colorado.

Denver/Boulder Metro

$130,00 - $145,000
