Role
The Principal Product Manager will lead strategic product initiatives across AgentSync's portfolio, defining the vision and roadmap for multiple product lines while driving cross-functional collaboration. This role requires exceptional leadership abilities, deep insurance industry expertise, advanced knowledge of complex systems architecture, and the ability to translate technical possibilities into business impact. You will be responsible for shaping product strategy at the highest level, aligning technical innovation with market needs, and influencing the company's overall direction.
In this role, you will serve as a key advisor to C-level executives while mentoring product teams to deliver exceptional value. You will build and maintain strategic relationships with enterprise customers, industry partners, and internal stakeholders to drive innovation that reshapes the insurance compliance landscape. You will spearhead initiatives that expand AgentSync's market position while ensuring the organization stays ahead of industry trends and regulatory changes.

What you'll do:
- Define and execute the strategic product vision across multiple products, ensuring alignment with AgentSync's long-term business objectives and market position
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing innovative solutions that address complex industry challenges and create competitive differentiation
- Establish product metrics, KPIs and success criteria that directly tie to business outcomes and revenue growth
- Cultivate and maintain executive-level relationships with key enterprise clients, serving as a trusted advisor and product evangelist
- Influence product roadmap prioritization decisions at the portfolio level, balancing technical constraints, market opportunities, and resource allocation
- Provide thought leadership and strategic guidance to the entire product organization, mentoring junior product managers and elevating the overall product practice
- Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities, creating business cases for expanding product offerings into adjacent areas
- Collaborate with senior leadership to shape AgentSync's overall strategy, including potential M&A opportunities and strategic partnerships
- Represent AgentSync as a recognized industry expert at conferences, industry events, and with analysts
- Lead the development of product pricing and packaging strategies that maximize value capture and market penetration
- Champion customer-centric product development methodologies across the organization, establishing best practices and processes
- Guide cross-functional initiatives that require deep technical expertise, regulatory knowledge, and business acumen
Your experience:
- 10+ years of proven product leadership experience, with at least 3 years at a principal or director level in the insurance or compliance technology space
- Demonstrated success in defining and launching enterprise-scale products that have achieved significant market adoption and revenue growth
- Deep expertise in the insurance industry with comprehensive understanding of regulatory frameworks, compliance requirements, and industry pain points
- Exceptional track record of identifying market opportunities and translating them into successful product strategies
- History of building and scaling high-performing product teams in fast-growing organizations
- Advanced knowledge of API architectures, complex system integrations, and enterprise software development
- Strong business acumen with experience in product pricing, go-to-market strategies, and P&L responsibility
- Proven ability to influence without authority across organizational boundaries and at the executive level
- Bachelor's degree required, MBA or advanced degree preferred
- Experience with AWS and Salesforce platforms strongly preferred
- History of success in a high-growth startup environment and proven ability to thrive in ambiguity

Our ideal candidate will live within 25 miles of our office in Denver. Other states we're able to consider candidates in are CO, CA, DC, FL, GA, IA, IL, IN, KS, MA, MD, MO, NC, NJ, NV, NY, OH, OR, TX, UT, VA, & WA. (We are not hiring or able to consider candidates in New York metro, Seattle metro, or the Bay Area)

Salary:
In accordance with Colorado law, the following represents AgentSync’s reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation for this role, if hired in Colorado.
Denver/Boulder Metro
$185,000 - $225,000
Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in AgentSync’s equity program.
