Head of Product
AgentSync
AgentSync is a powerful, easy-to-use Compliance as a Service solution, directly integrating regulatory database sources of truth (i.e. NIPR, FINRA) with core business systems (i.e. Salesforce) so we can automate the critical business processes associated with these compliance requirements.
We’re a new-school solution tackling an age-old, ubiquitous problem with smart technology and automation in a market full of inefficient, high-cost solution options - spreadsheets, manual processes, legacy software, more headcount, outsourcing, etc.
Overview
We’re seeking a strategic and customer-obsessed Head of Product to lead our Product strategy and organization. You’ll be responsible for setting the long-term product vision and translating it into a clear roadmap that serves our customers and strengthens our market position.
As a key member of our senior leadership team, you'll lead a Product organization consisting of Product Management, Product Design, Documentation and Product Operations—and work closely as a cross-functional partner with Engineering, Sales, Customer Experience, and Marketing to deliver solutions fit for our key and target markets. This is a high-impact, strategic leadership role for someone who is deeply familiar with the complexities of the insurance industry and the unique needs of carrier, agency, and MGA stakeholders.
What you’ll do:
- Define and drive a strategic product vision that meets the evolving needs of enterprise customers while supporting company growth goals
- Lead the Product organization, setting high standards for product strategy, user research, design excellence, and cross-functional execution
- Shares the "why" behind difficult decisions, including budget constraints, strategic pivots, or customer disappointments
- Create an environment where teams can surface problems early, admit mistakes, and challenge assumptions
- Hire, develop, and retain product talent, continuing to build a culture of trust and excellence
- Build a roadmap using data and metrics, that connects product and company strategy, balances innovation, customer commitments, and platform scalability
- Partner closely with the Go-To-Market teams to deeply understand pain points, priorities, and market feedback.
- Own product pricing, packaging and sku strategy
- Design, develop and launch net new products to market
- Represent the Product function in customer and prospect conversations, ensuring alignment between product capabilities and customer expectations
- Drive operational rigor, introducing repeatable planning and prioritization frameworks that scale with the business
- Own product-level success metrics; consistently communicate product performance, priorities, and progress to internal and external stakeholders
- Serve as a thought leader in insuretech product strategy—staying ahead of industry trends, competitor positioning, and platform extensibility needs
Your experience:
- 10+ years in product management, with strategic leadership experience at VP or Head of Product level
- Extensive knowledge and/or experience in the insurtech/insurance industry.
- Proven experience scaling and leading product teams across product management, design, and operations
- Experience managing enterprise customer expectations and contract commitments without compromising product roadmap coherence
- Experience partnering closely with go-to-market teams to align product vision with revenue and customer success goals
- Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate high-level vision into actionable plans
- Proven track record of building consensus among senior leadership while advocating for long-term product health over short-term wins
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence executive stakeholders, customers, and teams at all levels
