AgentSync is a powerful, easy-to-use Compliance as a Service solution, directly integrating regulatory database sources of truth (i.e. NIPR, FINRA) with core business systems (i.e. Salesforce) so we can automate the critical business processes associated with these compliance requirements.

We’re a new-school solution tackling an age-old, ubiquitous problem with smart technology and automation in a market full of inefficient, high-cost solution options - spreadsheets, manual processes, legacy software, more headcount, outsourcing, etc.

Overview:

As a Staff Product Manager, you'll act as the entrepreneur of our core product, Manage. You will own its vision, execution, and customer outcomes end to end. This role is pivotal in ensuring that Manage enables insurance carriers, agencies, and MGAs, eliminate complexity and reduce costs in compliance and producer management workflows.

You will dive deep into customer challenges, define bold solutions, and partner closely with engineering and commercial leadership to deliver products that are valuable, user friendly, and stand out in the market.

This role calls for someone who is customer-obsessed, commercially aware, and relentless about execution. You will operate at a high level of scope and influence, aligning stakeholders, ensuring engineering is resourced and committed, and surfacing risks early to deliver outcomes without surprises. Your ability to create clarity in ambiguity, build alignment across teams, and inspire people to rally behind a vision that moves the business forward.

What you'll do:

  • Lead the strategic development of features within the Manage product line, ensuring close collaboration with cross-functional teams such as engineering, QA, design, and GTM to align with business goals and craft effective release and launch strategies.
  • Tackle complex challenges and develop strategies that span multiple product areas, ensuring comprehensive and integrated solutions.
  • Leverage your deep understanding of our customers' businesses and user behavior to design and implement an intuitive, reliable user experience that addresses key customer needs and delivers measurable value.
  • Take ownership of the Manage product roadmap, partnering with the Head of Product to develop, refine, and clearly communicate the product strategy both internally and to external stakeholders.
  • Commit to continuous improvement by proactively identifying and pursuing opportunities to enhance both business outcomes and customer satisfaction, driving a culture of innovation and excellence.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, QA, and subject matter experts to align on the optimal approach for delivering the feature roadmap with resilience, timeliness, and a focus on long-term sustainability.
  • Act as a product evangelist, advocating for AgentSync's solutions and their value both internally to executive teams and externally to customers, partners, and industry leaders.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback to identify strategic opportunities for innovation and differentiation within AgentSync's products, ensuring a competitive edge.
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between technical and non-technical stakeholders, serving as a liaison to ensure mutual understanding and alignment on product objectives and strategic initiatives.
  • Mentor and support junior product team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment, and encouraging their professional growth and development.

Your experience:

  • 7+ years of demonstrated success in advancing products from "1 to 2" and executing go-to-market strategies in a B2B environment for enterprise customers.
  • Proven experience in leading and scaling strategic product initiatives, from concept development to pitching to senior leadership.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a track record of identifying and capitalizing on market opportunities to drive significant business impact.
  • Extensive experience in developing and managing API-first products, with a deep understanding of modern software architecture and integration.
  • A mindset grounded in first-principles thinking, with the ability to break down complex problems and develop innovative solutions.
  • A strong history of hands-on problem-solving with a "roll up your sleeves" approach.
  • Clear, persuasive, and strategic communication skills, capable of influencing executives and aligning diverse stakeholders across multiple departments.
  • Highly analytical and commercially aware, with the ability to translate customer insights into actionable business strategies that drive growth.
  • A proven track record of effective product-commercial partnerships that significantly increased adoption and revenue.
  • Strong ability to secure engineering commitment and drive execution discipline in cross-functional teams without direct authority.
  • Deep familiarity with AWS or Salesforce, with experience in leveraging these platforms to enhance product capabilities and customer value.
  • Significant experience in a high-growth startup environment, with a history of navigating and thriving in fast-paced, dynamic markets.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the insurance industry, Insuretech, or experience in other regulated industries, with a strong understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements.
