Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Performance Marketing Manager with a proven track record in driving successful digital marketing campaigns within the Software as a Service (SaaS) industry. The ideal candidate will possess at least 4 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, with a strong focus on Google Ads, Bing Ads, LinkedIn Ads, GA4, third-party CPC campaigns, and Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies. As a Performance Marketing Manager, you will play a critical role in optimizing our online presence and driving user acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute data-driven performance marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, lead generation, and provide full-funnel support.
  • Own acquisition and remarketing through digital channels including Search, Paid Social and Display.
  • Manage end-to-end digital advertising campaigns across platforms including Google Ads, Bing Ads, and LinkedIn Ads, ensuring optimization for key metrics such as cost per Opportunity, target account engagement, CPC, CTR, conversion rates and pipeline created.
  • Conduct ongoing keyword research including discovery and expansion of keyword opportunities to optimize paid search campaigns.
  • Regular analysis and campaign maintenance to update negative targeting rules such as negative keywords and audience filters.
  • Create and execute Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns to target and engage high-value accounts, collaborating closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment.
  • Leverage your experience with third-party websites, such as Capterra and other relevant platforms, to create and manage CPC campaigns that drive targeted traffic and conversions.
  • Analyze campaign performance data and generate actionable insights to continuously improve and optimize marketing strategies and tactics.
  • Collaborate with the content and design teams to develop compelling ad creative, landing pages, and other marketing assets that resonate with the target audience.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging digital marketing technologies, sharing your insights with the team to drive innovation and growth.
  • Manage budgets effectively, allocate resources, and monitor spending to ensure optimal campaign performance and ROI.
  • Provide regular reports and performance updates to stakeholders, highlighting key KPIs and actionable recommendations.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Curious and analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail and the ability to make data-backed decisions.
  • Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, preferably within a SaaS-based company with a proven track record of driving business results in the US market.
  • Proven expertise in managing campaigns on Google Ads, Bing Ads, and LinkedIn Ads, with a strong understanding of audience segmentation and targeting. Certifications are a plus.
  • Experience in planning and executing CPC campaigns on third-party platforms like Capterra and similar websites.
  • Track record of successful ABM campaign development and execution, with the ability to align marketing efforts with sales objectives.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, including the ability to create reports and dashboards within the platform.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and platforms to extract insights, monitor performance, and drive optimization.
  • Strong understanding of A/B testing methodologies and a data-driven approach to campaign optimization.
  • Familiarity with Marketing Automation such as Marketo or HubSpot.
