About the Job:

As a Field Marketing Manager, Events, you will play a pivotal role in the successful planning, coordination, and execution of events. This dynamic position requires a detail-oriented and enthusiastic individual who can contribute to creating memorable experiences for attendees. The ideal candidate will have a passion for event management, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage planning and coordination of various events, including conferences, tradeshows, seminars, workshops, and private Airbase field events.
  • Collaborate with vendors, sponsors, partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of events.
  • Support logistics planning, including venue selection, catering, audio-visual requirements, and transportation.
  • Request event prospectuses and schedule intro calls with event coordinators.
  • Provide on-site assistance during larger events, ensuring all elements run smoothly and troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
  • Manage lead capture, coordinate lead flow, and follow-up activities with Marketing and Revenue Operations.

About You:

  • Proven extensive experience in event management with a solid understanding of event planning processes.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • You thrive collaborating in a team with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong working knowledge of social media platforms for event promotion.
  • Preferred technology competencies.
  • Google Suite (Especially Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets, and Slides)
  • Asana or experience with other project management software, zoom, including advanced settings.
