Our Company

Arch is a Series B financial technology company that automates the management of private investments, improving access, understanding, and the human experience of investing across asset classes.

Private investments such as venture capital, hedge funds, and private equity, make up roughly 25% of the investment universe. Traditionally, investors, advisors, banks, families, and managers track hundreds of investments in complicated spreadsheets, file folders, and busy inboxes. Not only is this tedious and time-consuming, but it is rife with opportunity for manual data entry errors, inconsistent reporting, and lost information. Enter, Arch.

Arch delivers standardized data, documents, and insights in a single platform, avoiding the need to chase information across dozens or hundreds of ‘portals’. Our purpose is to save investors’ time while empowering them to make more informed investment decisions, leading to better financial outcomes.

We are a fast-growing, dynamic team of 120+, serving over 400 clients, including several of America’s largest banks, families, and financial institutions. We’ve over doubled the size of the company every year since inception and we are looking to hire in all departments as we scale.

About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior Account Operations Associate to support the success of Arch’s Single Family Office clients — a high-touch vertical serving family offices and ultra–high-net-worth individuals.

As part of Arch’s growing Account Operations function, you’ll be responsible for ensuring that these clients experience a seamless and proactive relationship beyond onboarding. You’ll partner closely with Account Management leadership to prioritize key client initiatives, identify areas of opportunity, and coordinate operational efforts that improve data quality, reporting accuracy, and client engagement.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structured problem-solving, thrives on cross-functional collaboration, and takes pride in getting the details right while building scalable processes that elevate client satisfaction.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead Account Operations efforts within the Single Family Office vertical — partnering with Account Management to align priorities, track client health, and execute key operational programs.

  • Partner directly with Account Management leadership to strengthen client engagement, enhance account visibility, and drive impactful servicing strategies.

  • Conduct detailed reviews of account health and data, ensuring reporting accuracy and consistency across systems.

  • Manage ongoing operational excellence for high-priority accounts, maintaining best-in-class data integrity and delivery standards.

  • Develop and enhance client engagement frameworks — designing dashboards, checks, and metrics that surface insights and support data-driven decisions.

  • Serve as the operational bridge between the Single Family Office vertical and broader Account Operations teams, supporting rollout and adoption of new tools, standards, and workflows.

  • Support client-specific reporting and data customization, bridging technical data requirements with client-facing objectives.

  • Contribute to the buildout of Arch’s fastest-scaling function, helping design the playbooks, metrics, and systems that will define Account Ops at scale.

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of professional or internship experience in finance, wealth management, project management, consulting

  • Self-starter with exceptional attention to detail and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

  • Have project management skills and the ability to balance multiple responsibilities effectively.

  • Analytical mindset with the curiosity and rigor to investigate unexpected issues, ask the right questions, and validate findings across multiple systems

  • Familiarity with core financial reporting concepts — or the interest and ability to quickly learn how investment managers structure and share fund data

Bonus Points If You:

  • Have worked in wealth management, private funds, a family office, or accounting

  • Are familiar with concepts like IRRs, capital calls, K-1s, or NAV reporting

  • Have experience with SQL or want to learn

Some perks of working for Arch include:

  • Strong Team - You’ll be backed by a strong team that consistently exceeds client expectations and ships new products quickly.

  • Your work is high impact - Being part of a small team means you have real responsibility and impact from day one. You'll be involved in discussions that drive the growth and direction of our platform from the very beginning.

  • Team community and camaraderie - We have enormous trust in each other and always do what we can do to support one another. We're always ready to step in to help.

  • Lunch is on Us - Grab lunch on us while you’re in the office and take a break to laugh, brainstorm, or just hang out with your teammates over a meal.
