Our Company

Arch is a Series B financial technology company that automates the management of private investments, improving access, understanding, and the human experience of investing across asset classes.

Private investments such as venture capital, hedge funds, and private equity, make up roughly 25% of the investment universe. Traditionally, investors, advisors, banks, families, and managers track hundreds of investments in complicated spreadsheets, file folders, and busy inboxes. Not only is this tedious and time-consuming, but it is rife with opportunity for manual data entry errors, inconsistent reporting, and lost information. Enter, Arch.

Arch delivers standardized data, documents, and insights in a single platform, avoiding the need to chase information across dozens or hundreds of ‘portals’. Our purpose is to save investors’ time while empowering them to make more informed investment decisions, leading to better financial outcomes.

We are a fast-growing, dynamic team of 120+, serving over 400 clients, including several of America’s largest banks, families, and financial institutions. We’ve over doubled the size of the company every year since inception and we are looking to hire in all departments as we scale.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Own the team number and deliver new ARR against plan with disciplined, accurate weekly forecasting

  • Run weekly pipeline reviews, deal strategy sessions, and inspection of opportunities and activity

  • Coach and develop Account Executives on discovery, demos, territory planning, and competitive execution

  • Establish and maintain operating rhythms: weekly forecast, QBRs, and territory/account plans

  • Drive a disciplined outbound motion by setting clear activity expectations, reviewing outbound performance metrics, and coaching team on targeting, sequencing, and personalization to consistently generate high-quality pipeline

  • Recruit, hire, and onboard top talent in partnership with recruiting; build a diverse, high‑performing team

  • Join key customer meetings and build executive relationships alongside your team

  • Drive Salesforce hygiene, reporting, and instrumentation to improve predictability and insights

  • Partner cross‑functionally with Enablement, Marketing, Product, and Operations to unblock deals, improve pass‑through rates, and accelerate cycle times

Reach out to us if you have:

  • 3+ years of frontline sales management experience with direct ownership of a team quota

  • 8+ years of sales experience with a consistent track record of exceeding quota

  • Demonstrated success running rigorous forecast, pipeline, and territory/account planning motions

  • Deep coaching capability and ability to model world‑class discovery, and deal strategy

  • SaaS/technology sales background and familiarity with modern GTM tools and processes

  • Strong Salesforce proficiency and a data‑driven approach to operating and decision-making.

  • Based in New York and comfortable working on‑site 5 days per week

Bonus Points if you have:

  • Experience in both high‑growth startups and scaled technology companies

  • Background selling into financial services, data, private markets, or or treasury/fintech segments

  • MBA or comparable business training
