Traditionally, investors, advisors, banks, families, and managers track hundreds of investments in complicated spreadsheets, file folders, and busy inboxes. Not only is this tedious and time-consuming, but it is rife with opportunities for manual data entry errors, inconsistent reporting, and lost information. Enter Arch.

Arch is a Series A financial technology company that automates the management of private investments, improving access, understanding, and the human experience of investing across asset classes. Arch delivers standardized data, documents, and insights in a single platform, avoiding the need to chase information across dozens or hundreds of fund manager portals. Our purpose is to save investors time while empowering them to make more informed investment decisions, leading to better financial outcomes.

Operations Associate

As an Operations Associate, you will be an integral part of our growing Operations team. In this role, you will:

• Partner with Client Implementation Specialists, Account Managers, and other team members to manage clients, with the goal of ultimately becoming a trusted partner to clients.

• Work with clients to organize and onboard investment information, maintaining consistent communication every step of the way.

• Communicate with fund managers on behalf of clients to reconcile and receive investment and account information.

• Process and monitor account information, including updates from clients and funds.

• Assist with tax season document collection.

• Serve as a client advocate for product improvements and new features.

• Learn constantly through individual and team training sessions and direct mentorship.

• Identify workflow, system, and product improvements to help both client and the team gain efficiency.

• Complete ad-hoc projects for clients and the team.
