What you will be doing:

As Arena's Content Specialist, you will wear multiple hats - from understanding the nuances of our product to communicating its benefits compellingly across various mediums. You will work in tandem with the Head of Marketing, ensuring all communications echo Arena's brand ethos. Your creations will be the guiding star for our audience, inspiring them to explore our offerings further.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Content Creation: Craft persuasive copy across multiple platforms including email campaigns, landing pages, SMS/push notifications, mobile app content, and more. Turn customer interviews and use cases into engaging content that attracts new customers.
  • Customer Centric: You will be responsible for creating content that resonates with our buyers. Educating them on industry trends, Arena’s point of view, and how our product offerings align with their needs.
  • Strategy & Branding: Ensure all content resonates with Arena's brand voice, positioning our offerings effectively within the market.
  • Collaboration: Partner with the Marketing, Sales, and Product teams, creating impactful copy that aligns with business goals and product strategies.
  • Testing & Analytics: Adopt a data-driven approach, initiating A/B tests for content, and iterating based on performance metrics.
  • File Management: Organize, archive, and ensure easy accessibility of all copy files.

  • A minimum of 2-5 years of experience as a Copywriter, with a portfolio that includes promotional, advertising, and web content.
  • Proven track record of crafting copy that drives desired actions.
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects, maintaining impeccable organizational skills.
