Join The Founding AI Team At Arist, The Leading AI Enablement Platform For Enterprise — To Build The Future Of AI-driven Learning And Performance. You'll Work Alongside Another Founding Engineer And Our Co-founder + Head Of Product To

• Build agentic experiences embedded directly into the Arist platform (leveraging external LLMs for outputs and conversations)
• Set up a customization layer for customer-specific AI behavior and outputs
• Launch a new voice-based agent experience
• Develop an evaluation pipeline to assess and improve AI task performance
• Build multi-agent orchestration to coordinate workflows across tasks
• Make key architectural decisions across backend services and agent infrastructure
  
  

\ Ideally you have:

• Strong engineering background (AI/ML focus) with good product intuition
• Experience designing scalable AI-driven systems calling external models (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic)
• Comfortable with startup environments and building from scratch
• Ruby on Rails (RoR) experience is a strong plus
• Excited to build production AI that real enterprise users rely on every day
