Arist is an AI-powered learning platform used by the Fortune 500 to significantly improve the efficacy of internal employee training and enablement.

Conventional learning management systems (LMS) rely on a “pull” method, waiting for employees to log into a portal and watch training videos or complete courses.

Arist flips this with a revolutionary “push” approach, delivering employee training via Slack, Teams, WhatsApp, and SMS and achieving 95%+ engagement vs. 20-30% for a traditional LMS.

Our primary customer stakeholders are CHROs, CROs, Talent Development Leads, and Enablement Leads across the Fortune 1,000.

As the head of Strategic Growth, you will be responsible for ensuring these relevant market stakeholders know that we are the leader in this space and driving them into our sales pipeline.

Arist is a lean team with a high drive for growth. You will be reporting directly to the CEO with the option to work fully remote.

A successful candidate in this role will:

  • Build and own a category defining brand that establishes Arist as a thought leader and consistently generates qualified pipeline.
  • Collaborate with the Growth Operations team to identify, launch, and manage strategic campaigns which translate our brand strategy into effective calls-to-actions across all channels.
  • Oversee creation of brand reinforcing content such as videos, case studies, whitepapers, etc.
  • Ensuring that Arist has market-leading positioning, messaging, and brand, with thought leadership accordingly (i.e. founder, Growth, or client-led podcast appearances, conference talks, long-form articles, etc.)
  • Owning our event deployments (dinners, conferences, webinars, etc.), incl. activations that differentiate Arist and drive attention (i.e. special guests, hyper-relevant topics, etc.)
  • Managing and growing our advisor, partner, and network referral programs

The following is our identified profile of a target candidate:

  • Substantial experience in growth marketing and brand strategy, ideally in a leadership role. (5-10 yrs total, 2-3 growth leadership)
  • Track record of building pipeline in B2B SaaS, ideally selling to enterprise HR/Revenue leaders
  • Experience managing employees and multi-stakeholder projects.
  • Natural propensity for creative problem solving and end-to-end ownership.
  • Strongly exhibited intellectual rigor.

We have a strong preference for former or current founders with demonstrable success.

You will have lots of freedom to make critical freelance hires, run the experiments you’d like to run, and engage third-party resources as needed. Compensation: This role has a total compensation package of approximately $180-210k salary performance bonus + equity.
