BitGo is looking for a Product Designer to help shape the next generation of fintech experiences for institutional clients. You’ll join a growing Design team and work cross-functionally to define, build, and refine the products at the core of BitGo’s Platform. As a Product Designer at BitGo, you’ll work end-to-end—from early definition and vision through execution and launch. You’ll be a passionate advocate for users, balancing business goals with real user needs, and bringing bold ideas to life in a fast-paced environment. You’ll have a direct impact on major product surfaces during a key growth phase for the company. What You’ll Do

• Lead end-to-end design work—from framing ambiguous problems and defining user needs to shipping polished, high-quality product experiences.
• Conduct and participate in research, ideation, prototyping, usability testing, and iterative refinement.
• Translate insights into personas, journeys, system maps, flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity UI.
• Design clear, intuitive interfaces for complex workflows, data-heavy environments, and institutional-grade products.
• Partner closely with PMs, engineers, and cross-functional teams to bring work to life with clarity and momentum.
• Facilitate critiques, workshops, and collaborative sessions to align teams and sharpen product direction.
• Contribute to and evolve our design system—improving consistency, quality, and velocity.
• Raise the bar for craft, user advocacy, and design excellence across the organization.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience designing for web or mobile products in fast-paced environments.
• Strong command of UX fundamentals, interaction patterns, and product thinking.
• Demonstrated ability to simplify complexity and design intuitive experiences for technical or systems-heavy products.
• Confident communicator who can articulate design decisions grounded in user insight, data, and clear rationale.
• Strong visual design and craft: typography, hierarchy, layout, component thinking.
• A portfolio that showcases not just polished screens, but thoughtful process, decision-making, and measurable impact.
• Curiosity, humility, and a growth mindset—continuously developing your skills and pushing your work forward.

Nice to Have

• Experience in fintech, trading platforms, blockchain, or institutional financial products.
• Contributions to design systems or UI libraries.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React) and constraints.
• Experience using of AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, v0 in their day to day process.
