Product Designer
Tel Aviv (On-site)
Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Designer with strong technical skill to join our team and build a robust and comprehensive design system based on Figma. You will play a crucial role in establishing a system of design library for our products, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and scalability across various platforms. You will work closely with cross-functional teams across the company to extend design outputs into reusable materials and documentation we use to train and guide our users.
The Role
- Conceptualize, design, and develop a comprehensive design system using Figma, ensuring adherence to established design principles and brand guidelines.
- Create and maintain a library of reusable components, patterns, and assets that can be easily accessed and implemented by designers and developers across all projects.
- Plan, design and develop extension of tools and processes that utilize output generated by Figma for various other materials needed by others in the organization.
- Collaborate with designers, engineers, and product managers to ensure alignment with product strategy and maintain consistency across all product experiences.
- Stay up-to-date with design trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in design systems.
- Contribute to the ongoing evolution and improvement of the design system, evaluating and refining components based on user feedback and industry standards.
Qualifications & Core Skills
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Designer or related design role.
- Proven ability to design and develop comprehensive design systems on Figma.
- Expertise in UI/UX design principles, user-centered design methodologies, and design patterns.
- Solid understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy.
- Strong proficiency in Figma, including component creation, pattern management, and documentation.
- Experience with other design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, or Proto.io is a plus.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
- A passion for design, a commitment to quality, and a desire to create exceptional user experiences.
