ClickUp is looking for a Senior CPQ Business Systems Analyst to join our Business Systems team. You will partner with our Revenue Operations, Deal Desk and Field Operations stakeholders along with our development team, driving high-impact technology solutions. We are heavily investing in optimizing and enhancing our Salesforce CPQ platform as a key component of our GTM tech stack. We are looking for someone who can be both a strategic visionary and a hands-on technologist. You will leverage your experience to introduce and implement best practices as well as coach and mentor your teammates. You are a driver, not an order taker. You value creative thinking and actively contribute to building a strong team.
Responsibilities
- Drive large high-impact initiatives to build and enhance our QTC business processes leveraging Salesforce CPQ, Ironclad and Netsuite
- Analyze existing business processes and identify areas for improvement and optimization
- Collaborate with business stakeholders other BSA's to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications and tasks
- Be responsible for project and sprint execution and delivery, overseeing solutioning, testing and documentation
- Own communication of project status, risks, blockers to teammates, stakeholders and leadership
- Serve as the primary contact with end-users to troubleshoot and triage Salesforce and other connected 3rd party application issues and questions
- Implement configurations using declarative tools, including managing custom objects, fields, validation rules, workflows, flows, integrations and security
- Drive governance around data and processes
- Monitor daily/monthly dashboards and reports to proactively identify and correct systems issues and ensure system functions are operating as expected
- Document key business systems processes and functionality to help deflect business questions and enable end users to find answers themselves
- Stay up-to-date with Salesforce releases and enhancements, evaluating their potential impact on our business and recommending appropriate actions.
Qualifications and Skills
- 4+ years of BSA experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Salesforce CPQ
- Advanced level skills with declarative development tools such as Workflows, Approval processes, Flow Builder, Lightning App Builder etc.
- Advanced technical knowledge of Salesforce CPQ capabilities and configuration
- Proficiency in Salesforce administration tasks, such as user management, security settings, and data management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
- Ability to navigate a complex, dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Experience with data analysis and migration within Salesforce
- Solid understanding of sales and customer relationship management processes
- Experience working in the SaaS industry, PLG is a plus
Salary Range: $120,000 - $156,000 (base pay)
