Clickup is looking for a Procurement Specialist to help us build and scale our procurement function. Reporting to the Global Finance Services Sr. Manager, this newly created role will have responsibilities that span across our procurement function. Clickup is looking for a procurement professional that wants to build the entire global procurement infrastructure to meet the demands of the incredible scale the Company is projecting.

The procurement operations analyst role will be instrumental in assisting and empowering ClickUp, a cutting-edge productivity platform, to thrive and provide top-notch solutions. The Role:

  • Administer and execute purchase request workflow and process to ensure that company purchase cycle times remain within expectations

  • Facilitate our procurement process. Execute strategy, processes, and build trust-based relationships with our functional leaders to optimize cost, terms, and other benefits in vendor contracts.

  • Responsible for Vendor management and end-to-end procurement transactions and ensuring alignment with policies and internal controls

  • Execute communication plans for new process and systems to ensure user adoption and success

  • Assist in implementing enterprise grade procurement system, including Supplier portal, operations, product catalog, and payments (v-card and global payments functionality)

  • Administer travel and employee credit card programs

  • Partner with Legal, Security and People departments during the procurement process to ensure business requirements are met and information is gathered efficiently

  • Identify creative ways to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness of procurement activities including re-working our current purchasing flow

  • Work alongside the FP&A team to ensure purchasers are adhering to budget

  • Assist with the administration of Coupa, our current procurement software, and ensure we’re maximizing its full potential.

  • Monitor Purchase requests and Conduct periodic Purchase Order reviews.

  • Improve efficiency and effectiveness by driving process improvements within the function aligned with department and organizational objectives.

  • Work with FP&A, Accounting, Accounts Payable, Operations, and other partners to continuously improve processes, with an eye toward efficiency, automation, user experience and appropriate controls

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Finance, Accounting, Business or equivalent

  • At least 3 years experience in an area of corporate management relative to spend and/or contracts (e.g., finance/FP&A, procurement, legal operations, etc.)

  • Experience with a Purchase Order (PO) and/or Contract Lifecycle Management system preferred (e.g., Coupa, SAP, Apttus, Conga, or the like)

  • Outstanding customer service and communication skills, both written & verbal.

  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.

  • Mid- to advanced PC skills and proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Google Sheets.

  • Self-motivated with ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities

  • Collaborate well with other members of the Accounting team and other departments

  • Strong analytical & problem-solving skills to research and resolve inquiries and respond in a timely manner.

  • Ability to work independently but also passionate about teamwork with an optimistic outlook

  • Thrive in a fast-paced, growth environment

  • Operates in a professional and ethical manner with customers and vendors

  • Ability to drive change

  • Amenable to work shifting schedule and can support EMEA and AMER timezone.
