ClickUp is seeking a leader in program management and customer experience (CX) who has strengths in developing comprehensive project plans and successfully executing them on time. This individual has a strong and balanced understanding of project management, risk mitigation, and cross-functional collaboration.
The ideal Program Manager on the CX team understands the importance of customer experience and has prior experience in working with post-sales teams to drive strategic initiatives that align with business goals using project management skills and excellent organization. In this dynamic and rapidly evolving digital landscape, the seamless coordination and efficient management of tasks and projects have become paramount. The Program Manager role will be instrumental in assisting and empowering ClickUp, a cutting-edge productivity platform, to thrive and provide top-notch solutions. The Role:

  • Plan and implement projects from inception to completion across post-sales teams
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with various departments to ensure alignment and achievement of strategic goals
  • Create, maintain, and update comprehensive project documentation
  • Manage and oversee progress with the project team while driving high-quality outcomes
  • Report and escalate issues to senior management as needed
  • Perform risk management to minimize project uncertainties and anticipate potential issues
  • Utilize a variety of skills to take a consultative approach to finding and implementing solutions including project management, business/systems analysis, and strategic planning
  • Develop and control deadlines, budgets, and activities
  • Apply change, risk, and resource management
  • Work on tight deadlines and adapt to changing priorities

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of related work experience in professional services or program management
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale projects
  • Superior verbal, written, and presentation skills
  • Exceptional organizational skills including attention to detail, multitasking skills, and prioritization
  • Excellent knowledge of data analysis, remote team leadership, and change management principles
  • Experience defining programs, writing detailed functional documentation, and delivering projects that meet rapidly evolving business needs
  • Strong working knowledge of project management tools and methodologies
  • Experience handling priorities and timelines without significant oversight
  • Certifications in project management and ClickUp proficiency are highly desirable
