Position overview:
As a Part-Time Office Receptionist at ClickUp, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive first impression for our visitors, clients, and employees at our San Diego headquarters. You will be responsible for managing the front desk and providing exceptional customer service while working two days a week. This role requires professionalism, attention to detail, and strong communication skills.

Job Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees in a friendly and professional manner. Manage and maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and well-organized.
Be our boots-on-the grounds for day-of planning for onsite events. This includes receiving food and beverage orders and laying it out in the cafeteria, doing the occasional odd-job like decorating tables, or lending a hand putting up posters
Ensure our in-office company swag shelf is kept in stock
Assist visitors and clients with their inquiries, providing information and directing them to the appropriate personnel.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages, including sending and receiving fedex.
Grant access keys/fobs to employees, and give our parking permits
Monitor and grant access to the office premises to authorized personnel such as maintenance workers
Miscellaneous office requests from the facilities team - this may include things like holding belongings for an employee up front if they leave them at an onsite event, etc.
