In the Systems Administrator role, you will join ClickUp to make an impact in Customer Enablement in the Solutions Organization. As the Systems Administrator you will own backend management of the our Learning Management System (Skilljar), our Demo Services environment (ClickUp), and other Solution and Enablement oriented systems. In this dynamic and rapidly evolving digital landscape, the seamless coordination and efficient management of tasks and projects have become paramount. This role will be instrumental in assisting and empowering ClickUp, a cutting-edge productivity platform, to thrive and provide top-notch solutions. While your expertise will be utilized by ClickUp, Leap will serve as your Employer of Record in the Philippines. This unique collaboration will create an environment where your talent can truly shine, making a significant impact on the productivity and success of ClickUp's operations.
Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a comprehensive knowledge base of different system features, limitations and processes
  • Manage reporting needs across our different managed systems to help provide insights back to leadership on trends and opportunities.
  • Update learning paths, courses, and general content in LMS
  • Ensure our customers have the best experience while using our LMS
  • Generate metrics for monthly and quarterly reporting
  • Manage certification and course settings in LMS
  • Build and manage badging and gamification in LMS
  • Manage and update email communications from LMS
  • Partner with vendor (Skilljar) to scale LMS and become an expert on all existing and new features and capabilities

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of LMS Admin
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Strategic with analytics and customer feedback in helping identify opportunities and impacts of learning content
  • Experience with HTML
  • Experience building from the ground up in a hyper-growth startup
  • Ability to troubleshoot and solve complex problems
  • Strong communication skills & ability to partner with different departments
  • Strong attention to detail
