ClickUp’s Finance team collaborates with teams across the organization, providing commercial, operational and analytical support to ensure that ClickUp’s business continues to scale rapidly and efficiently.
This is an opportunity to help support our go-to-market (GTM) departments, including Sales, Marketing, and GTM’s support organizations. Supporting the Senior Manager of GTM FP&A, together you will be responsible for the budgeting and forecasting for these departments. You will partner closely with the GTM business and Revenue Operations to understand past performance and influence the company’s go-forward strategy. You will help connect the business, strategy, and finance cohesively together.
Responsibilities
  • Be the Finance support to go-to-market (GTM) teams which could include Sales, Marketing, and GTM Support organizations
  • Support annual, quarterly, and monthly planning for headcount, T&E, and discretionary spending for GTM
  • Meet regularly with the department leaders to understand budget vs. actual tracking and calibration
  • Analyze sales performance (attainment / productivity, CAC payback) and marketing performance (funnel conversion and ROI)
  • Updating and distributing reports to ClickUp's investors
  • Build and maintain financial models within ClickUp's financial reporting system, Pigment
  • Work as a part of the broader Strategic Finance team to understand the company’s financials, analytics, and help the organization to scale thoughtfully
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of professional experience in FP&A, investment banking, equity research, or other relevant field
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, or economics
  • Mastery of Microsoft Office and Google Suite with proven experience in building financial models and managing complex data
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts into easily digestible pieces
  • Skilled at building relationships and influencing at all levels of management and cross-functionally
  • Ability to provide recommendations to drive execution and decision-making; you are seen as a trusted and objective advisor
Desirable
  • Solid understanding of common financial reporting tools (e.g. NetSuite, Anaplan, Pigment, Looker, etc.)
  • Experience working with large-scale data mining and reporting tools (e.g. SQL, MS Access, Essbase, Cognos, etc.)
  • Experience in or understanding of a product led growth software business model

Salary Range: $85,000 - $109,000 (base pay)
