ClickUp is seeking a Partner Engagement Manager who will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our partner-led services. This is a strategic, high-impact role focused on building strong relationships with partner leaders and consultants, ensuring the success of partner-led projects, and delivering the "ClickUp touch" that leads to exceptional customer outcomes. The Role:

  • Build close relationships with all partner leaders and their consultants.

  • Become a ClickUp product expert, providing strategic recommendations to customers and partners on Workspace design and scalable hierarchy.

  • Work directly with partners and customers to lead projects to success.

  • Manage the full book of partner business, monitor active projects, and create risk mitigation and account growth plans (especially for under-performing accounts).

  • Diagnose customer escalations and work with customers, account teams, and partners on resolution plans.

  • Serve as a process and product expert, answering a wide range of questions from partners across many services, including onboarding and long-term consulting projects.

  • Coach partners on best practices, enable them on new processes, and ensure alignment with ClickUp's product and growth strategy.

  • Drive high user adoption and expansion iARR for accounts with long-term/recurring services.

  • Report to the Professional Services leadership team and collaborate cross-functionally with internal consulting, sales, and customer success teams.

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience in strategic consulting, customer success, or partner management within SaaS or technology companies.

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to scale; able to oversee multiple consultants and projects simultaneously.

  • Demonstrated ability to set success metrics, drive outcomes, and resolve escalations.

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to calmly resolve customer escalations.

  • Highly organized, highly responsive, and comfortable with ambiguity.

  • Experience with SaaS implementation and work management tools.

  • Familiarity with key customer success metrics (NDR, GDR, platform adoption).

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
