As a Senior Digital Adoption Specialist, you'll play a critical role in enabling user success through delivery of our sold services to Micro and SMB customers.

The Role:

  • Maintain and expert knowledge of the ClickUp product to provide targeted support to ClickUp users.

  • Partner closely with users to understand their goals and blockers. Then translate that information into solutions that allow users to continue to scale in the platform.

  • Manage a book of business with a focus on implementations and recurring delivery

  • Deliver end-to-end configuration, and optimization of a customer's ClickUp Workspace

  • Create roadmaps to ensure our customer's are continuously receiving value.

  • Provide initial support for customer inquiries via email or the ClickUp platform.

  • Conduct remote training sessions to educate clients on platform functionality, best practices, and configured workflows.

  • Maintains expert knowledge of ClickUp's ICPs.

  • Provide guidance and mentorship to team mates across the support organization.

  • Attainment of team KPIs

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years prior experience in a software consulting role

  • Strong technical aptitude with experience in configuring, implementing, and customizing SaaS platforms.

  • Fluency in English is required, both spoken and written.

  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively and autonomously with global customers across different time zones.

  • Demonstrated customer-centric approach with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service.

  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.

  • Preferred experience in SaaS PPM software or collaborative work management (CWM).
