ClickUp is seeking a highly analytical and operational Demand Operator, Lead to architect, execute, and scale our pipeline growth programs. In this pivotal role, you’ll own the "Capacity Demand Planning" function—using data to align lead generation with sales team capacity and drive predictable pipeline growth. You’ll design and deploy sophisticated, multi-channel campaigns targeting our PLG audience, relentlessly experiment to improve conversion rates, and build the systems and workflows that power our demand engine. As a key operational partner, you’ll collaborate across marketing technology, revenue operations, and demand strategy to achieve shared pipeline goals. The Role:
Serve as the analytical hub for demand operations—model, forecast, and report on capacity to generate qualified meetings
Design, build, and deploy multi-channel campaigns (email, in-product, XDR, etc.) to convert PLG signups
Own and execute a rapid experimentation framework (A/B test channels, messaging, segmentation, tooling)
Build and scale systems, processes, and workflows to drive operational excellence and eliminate bottlenecks
Act as the operational liaison with marketing technology, revenue operations, and demand strategy leads
Qualifications:
5+ years in demand generation, pipeline operations, or growth roles (SaaS/PLG preferred)
Proven track record of data-driven planning, campaign architecture, and experimentation
Strong analytical skills and comfort with ambiguity
Experience collaborating across sales, marketing, and operations
Excellent communication and project management skills
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (or equivalent experience)
