ClickUp is seeking a results-driven second-line RVP, Enterprise Sales (EMEA) to lead and scale our high-performing enterprise sales team across the region. You'll play a pivotal role in shaping ClickUp’s growth trajectory, building a world-class team, and delivering exceptional customer experiences as we unify productivity for millions of users worldwide. This is a second-line leadership role: your direct reports will be frontline enterprise sales leaders who each manage account executives and/or regional teams.
The ideal candidate is a strategic, hands-on leader with a proven track record in SaaS enterprise sales, a passion for coaching and developing talent, and the ability to drive operational excellence in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. The Role:
Lead, coach, and scale a team of enterprise sales leaders and account executives across EMEA.
Drive revenue growth by setting ambitious targets for pipeline generation and deal closure—and consistently exceeding them.
Build and mentor a high-performing, customer-centric sales culture, emphasizing excellence and accountability.
Collaborate closely with Growth, Marketing, Operations, and Product teams to align strategies and resources for securing key accounts.
Implement and continually optimize scalable sales processes, using data and analytics to drive ongoing improvement.
Serve as a player-coach—leading by example, developing talent, and creating a fun, high-energy environment.
Prioritize customer value and experience over aggressive tactics, ensuring strict adherence to ClickUp’s values.
Qualifications
7+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience, including at least 3 years in a senior sales leadership position (Director/ second line level or higher)
Demonstrated success in building and scaling sales teams in EMEA, with an emphasis on upmarket and enterprise segments
Proven ability to develop and execute sales strategies that drive revenue growth and expand market presence
Strong analytical abilities and experience using CRM and sales analytics tools
Excellent communication skills, with a talent for building relationships and collaborating across functions
Consistent track record of surpassing sales targets in competitive, fast-paced environments
Experience leading teams through organizational change and market shifts
High integrity, a customer-focused approach, and a passion for developing talent
Willingness to travel across EMEA as needed
