The Plate Runner role plays a critical role in supporting our Revenue Operations team, ensuring timely and efficient plate registration for our truck drivers across the United States. You'll be responsible for traveling to the IRP office, submitting pre-prepared transactions for processing, and mailing the completed plates directly to the drivers. As a key communicator, you'll also keep the team informed of any issues encountered at the IRP office.

Responsibilities:

• Travel to the designated IRP office in Indianapolis, Indiana.

• Submit pre-prepared plate registration transactions for processing.

• Utilize overnight FedEx to mail plates directly to drivers across the United States.

• Communicate effectively with the team regarding any issues encountered at the IRP office.

• Maintain a professional and positive demeanor while representing CloudTrucks.

• Valid driver's license

• Reliable transportation

Where The Role Can Grow Into:

1. In the future we would like one person to own the entire plates process. This person would own reaching out to drivers to get the information we need, submitting the info through the portal, and doing any troubleshooting that’s needed.

2. We have some issues where we need to troubleshoot drivers who have titling issues. Right now we’re still learning what the issues are and how to trouble shoot them so in the future we can create a process and have this person own it end to end.
