📍Location
We’re fully remote and welcome candidates from anywhere in the US! We have all-company offsites a few times a year where we fly the whole team out to meet in person, build stronger relationships, kick off important projects, and have fun!

💼 Job Summary
We are seeking a GTM Operations Manager to join our team. This role will report into the Director of GTM Operations and has a heavy emphasis on driving efficiency, data integrity, and process rigor across our go-to-market functions. As the GTM Operations Manager, you will be responsible for optimizing the systems, processes, and analytics that power Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of GTM campaigns, pipeline management, and reporting across the full revenue lifecycle.

💻 Responsibilities

  • Manage the GTM technology stack and implement tools to optimize operations across marketing automation, CRM, analytics, and reporting systems
  • Develop and optimize GTM workflows, processes, and procedures to streamline execution and improve cross-functional team efficiency
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer success teams to establish lead and pipeline management processes, ensuring seamless flow of prospects and customers through the full funnel
  • Monitor and analyze GTM performance metrics to identify areas of improvement and provide actionable insights across the revenue funnel
  • Own and manage GTM data and analytics, including data hygiene, segmentation, and reporting across systems
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely execution of GTM initiatives, including campaigns, pipeline reviews, forecasting support, and reporting cadences

✔️Qualifications

  • BS degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred, or 5+ years of equivalent industry experience in B2B SaaS
  • Experience with GTM systems such as sales engagement platforms, data enrichment, lead/account routing, web analytics tools like Google Analytics, and reporting/BI tools
  • Good organizational agility and interpersonal ability to work effectively within a geographically dispersed, multi-functional team and able to drive projects from start to finish
  • Strong written and verbal communicator, with the ability to summarize and present technical concepts to non-technical audiences
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic startup environment

💰 Compensation

  • Starting Salary Range: $120,000 and $150,000
  • Competitive Equity Package
