Role Overview: As a Junior Sales Executive at Dune Security, you will play a key role in driving new customer acquisition and enablement of partners. You will focus on identifying and securing new business opportunities within Enterprise accounts, helping Channel Partners understand the value of our innovative platform. This position is ideal for someone eager to learn about cybersecurity and sales, with a passion for technology and security solutions.

You will work closely with the Marketing team to build relationships with prospects, qualify leads, and drive customer acquisition through both inbound, outbound, and channel motions.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development & Scheduling:

  • Help identify new business opportunities and coordinate sales meetings with prospects.
  • Qualify leads through research, cold calling, and outreach to ensure alignment with Dune Security's ideal customer profile.

Event Planning & Support:

  • Assist in planning and coordinating direct sales events, as well as prepping for channel events and post-event follow-ups.
  • Support the Sales Team and participate in field events to generate pipeline.

Customer Engagement & Relationship Building:

  • Conduct initial product demos and presentations to educate prospects on the value of our user-adaptive risk management solution.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to refine messaging and adjust strategies based on customer feedback.

Collaboration & Team Support:

  • Work closely with the senior sales team to finalize proposals and negotiate agreements with customers.
  • Provide feedback from prospects and customers to help improve product positioning and sales materials.

Qualifications:

  • 0-2 years of experience in a sales or customer-facing role, ideally in tech or cybersecurity.
  • Strong interest in cybersecurity, technology, and sales.
  • Comfortable using CRM tools (Salesforce) and technology to track progress and communicate effectively with the team.
  • Strong writing and communication skills, with the ability to craft clear and persuasive follow-ups and sales materials.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented—comfortable managing multiple tasks at once.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Location: NYC. Candidates must reside within a commutable distance of our TriBeca, Manhattan office.
