Explo is quickly scaling and we’re looking for talented sales professionals who are excited about joining a high-growth startup. As an Account Executive, you will have a huge impact on our business and will be leading the sales process while developing partnerships with our customers.
This is an excellent opportunity to be a founding member of our sales organization and have a great deal of ownership over the sales process and development as our team grows. The opportunity here is big, we’re aiming for double digit monthly growth.
What you will do:
- Own the end-to-end sales process from qualifying leads to negotiating and closing business.
- Be a trusted advisor to our customers, championing the benefit of adopting Explo.
- Understand and overcome objections to provide value to customers.
- Meet and exceed sales quotas and revenue targets set by Sales Leadership.
- Partner with the sales, marketing, and even product team to explore new customer and product opportunities for growth
- Work autonomously to drive Explo sales.
- Become an expert on Explo products and our buyers.
What we're looking for:
- 1+ years of full cycle sales experience within the SaaS space.
- Experience closing business in SMB and Mid-Market accounts.
- Understanding of the sales process.
- Experience establishing relationships with stakeholders, specifically technical leaders within an organization.
- Skilled in identifying prospects’ pain points and delivering an effective solution.
- Ability to work collaboratively across the organization.
- Multi-tasker who can adapt to changing situations and a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
