At Fellow, we’re on a mission to give every employee their own AI-powered Chief of Staff, an assistant that understands your meeting discussions, surfaces key insights, answers questions, and takes action so you can focus on what matters most.

We're looking for a Marketing Operations & GTM Data Analyst to be the analytical engine for our entire Go-to-Market (GTM) team. You will be instrumental in building a predictable revenue engine by tightening the loop between marketing activities, sales outcomes, and leadership decisions. You’ll build a single source of truth across GTM tools and paid platforms, own attribution and tracking, and turn clean data into weekly decisions that improve pipeline quality, conversion, and forecast accuracy. You’ll own the testing roadmap, instrument rigorously (UTMs, events, forms, routing), and quantify lift on CAC, payback, qualified pipeline, and channel efficiency, then roll out winners. If you prefer clear definitions, disciplined measurement, and dashboards leaders actually use, this role is for you.

Why Fellow?
Fellow is a remote-first, Series A startup backed by Craft Ventures, iNovia, and Felicis. Our founders previously built Fluidware (acquired by SurveyMonkey), and we’re now helping the world’s best teams—from Shopify, HubSpot, and Warner Media, to startups across the globe—make meetings more productive with the power of AI.

We’re shaping the future of work with a category-defining platform, and we’re just getting started.

What you’ll do

Analytics & Decision Support (primary)

  • Build the GTM truth set across HubSpot, Intercom, Heap, Pocus, RevenueHero and paid platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta); document metric definitions and data contracts.

  • Own core efficiency models and reporting: CAC, LTV, payback, funnel conversion/velocity, lead quality, channel contribution.
  • Partner with Sales and Marketing leadership to diagnose funnel blockages, identify new growth opportunities, and model GTM team capacity.

  • Produce clear weekly/monthly readouts with specific recommendations (reallocate X → Y, stop Z, scale A/B).

Experimentation

  • Own the testing roadmap (hypotheses, success metrics, MDE/power, guardrails).

  • Run A/B and multivariate tests on landing pages (copy, offer, layout, form flow, CTAs) and channels (audience, creative, bids, budgets, frequency).

  • Instrument correctly: UTMs, Heap events, HubSpot forms, RevenueHero routing; validate via A/A and QA.

  • Quantify lift on primary outcomes (qualified conversion rate, CPL/CAC, pipeline created, payback) and roll out winners with documented learnings.

Data & Attribution Management

  • Establish a single source of truth for lead attribution across all marketing channels.

  • Own the health of our marketing database (HubSpot). Implement processes for data cleansing, enrichment, and segmentation to improve campaign targeting and personalization.

  • Maintain tracking and attribution across marketing channels, CRM, and analytics tools

  • Implement and maintain a rigorous UTM strategy across organic and paid; enforce naming conventions and de-duplication.

Marketing Tech Stack Optimization

  • Own and improve integrations and data flow between marketing tools and revenue systems.

  • Audit and optimize conversion tracking across platforms; troubleshoot and resolve reporting discrepancies.

  • Maintain campaign naming conventions and organizational structure.

Campaign & Lifecycle Operations Support

  • Provide technical setup for paid campaigns (pixels/tags, events, offline conversions, HubSpot form + field mapping) and proactively flag where setup gaps could hurt measurement or scaling.

  • Analyze landing page performance; produce prioritized, testable recommendations.

  • Inform setup and workflows in HubSpot, Pocus, and RevenueHero; flag issues and partner with system owners to resolve.

Outcomes you’ll own

  • A reliable, adopted marketing/GTM scorecard that is the single source of truth for all marketing and sales pipeline reporting, used daily by individual contributors and weekly by the leadership team.

  • Documented budget reallocations and measured ROI deltas.

  • Confidence to scale paid spend by 2–3x because attribution is trusted
  • Lead routing to the sales team

  • Faster time-to-insight for weekly/MBR questions.

Required qualifications

Experience (5+ years)

  • Marketing operations, demand generation, or marketing analytics in B2B SaaS.

  • Proven track record in owning data and attribution with multi-tool setups.

Technical skills

  • Experience with Heap or similar analytics platforms (events, funnels, cohorts) to connect product behavior to acquisition/lifecycle outcomes.

  • Proficient in SQL and comfortable querying/joining data across sources to validate tracking, build reusable datasets, and power self-serve reporting

  • Paid platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta) and conversion tracking fundamentals.

  • UTM governance, pixels/tags, and analytics setup; familiarity with data integration and APIs.

  • Demonstrated AI proficiency. Hands-on experience building with AI dev tools like Cursor

Soft skills

  • Independent problem-solver; precise and organized.

  • Communicates clearly with marketers, sellers, and technical partners.

  • Bias to measure, simplify, and ship.
