Growth Marketing Operations Manager
Fellow.app
At Fellow, we’re on a mission to give every employee their own AI-powered Chief of Staff, an assistant that understands your meeting discussions, surfaces key insights, answers questions, and takes action so you can focus on what matters most.
We're looking for a Growth Marketing Operations Manager to be the analytical engine for our entire Go-to-Market (GTM) team. You will be instrumental in building a predictable revenue engine by tightening the loop between marketing activities, sales outcomes, and leadership decisions. You’ll build a single source of truth across GTM tools and paid platforms, own attribution and tracking, and turn clean data into weekly decisions that improve pipeline quality, conversion, and forecast accuracy. You’ll own the testing roadmap, instrument rigorously (UTMs, events, forms, routing), and quantify lift on CAC, payback, qualified pipeline, and channel efficiency, then roll out winners. If you prefer clear definitions, disciplined measurement, and dashboards leaders actually use, this role is for you.
Why Fellow?
Fellow is a remote-first, Series A startup backed by Craft Ventures, iNovia, and Felicis. Our founders previously built Fluidware (acquired by SurveyMonkey), and we’re now helping the world’s best teams—from Shopify, HubSpot, and Warner Media, to startups across the globe—make meetings more productive with the power of AI.
We’re shaping the future of work with a category-defining platform, and we’re just getting started.
What You’ll Do
Growth & Funnel Optimization
- Spot opportunities across acquisition, conversion, and lifecycle flows — then instrument and scale what works.
- Partner with marketing, sales, and product to drive faster funnel velocity, higher conversion, and stronger ROI.
- Build growth playbooks from tests and rollouts (landing pages, campaigns, paid audiences, lifecycle workflows).
Marketing Operations Ownership
- Own the GTM truth set across HubSpot, Intercom, Heap, Pocus, RevenueHero, and paid platforms.
- Keep attribution, tracking, and routing rock-solid so we can scale spend with confidence.
- Ensure the marketing database is clean, segmented, and ready for precise targeting and personalization.
Experimentation & Insights
- Deliver clear weekly/monthly insights with specific recommendations (shift budget, scale a channel, kill what’s not working).
- Make it easy for the GTM team to act on data by building dashboards people actually use.
- Run the testing roadmap: design, measure, and quantify lift on CAC, payback, conversion, and pipeline.
Marketing Tech & Campaign Ops
- Audit and improve conversion tracking across paid and lifecycle channels.
- Support campaign setup (pixels, tags, events, field mapping) while proactively flagging blockers before launch.
- Optimize data flow between tools and revenue systems.
Outcomes You’ll Own
- Documented budget reallocations with measured ROI.
- The confidence to scale paid spend 2–3x because attribution is airtight.
- Faster, sharper decisions across marketing, sales, and execs.
- A trusted GTM scorecard used daily by reps and weekly by leadership.
Technical skills
- Experience with Heap or similar analytics platforms (events, funnels, cohorts) to connect product behavior to acquisition/lifecycle outcomes.
- Proficient in SQL and comfortable querying/joining data across sources to validate tracking, build reusable datasets, and power self-serve reporting
- Paid platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta) and conversion tracking fundamentals.
- UTM governance, pixels/tags, and analytics setup; familiarity with data integration and APIs.
- Demonstrated AI proficiency. Hands-on experience building with AI dev tools like Cursor
- Hands-on experience with customer data platforms (e.g., Rudderstack, Segment) to manage event tracking, data pipelines, and attribution flows across the GTM stack.
Soft skills
- Independent problem-solver; precise and organized.
- Communicates clearly with marketers, sellers, and technical partners.
- Bias to measure, simplify, and ship.
