As the Director of Demand Generation, you will be at the helm of our growth engine, responsible for developing and executing cutting-edge demand generation strategies that generate high-quality leads, nurture prospects, and drive revenue targets. This role is perfect for a data-driven marketer who thrives on experimentation, A/B testing, and using analytics to validate success.

Key Responsibilities:

Demand Generation Strategy:

  • Develop and execute a demand generation strategy aligned with company goals and sales objectives.
  • Define target audience segments, buyer personas, and customer journey maps.
  • Work closely with Product Marketing to share feedback from campaigns that can improve our positioning and messaging.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to continuously experiment and optimize demand generation programs.

Lead Generation:

  • Drive lead generation efforts through a variety of channels, including inbound marketing, content marketing, email marketing, social media, SEO/SEM, events, and partnerships.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create data-informed, conversion-focused content and experiments.

Campaign Management:

  • Oversee the planning, execution, and measurement of innovative external marketing campaigns, including data-backed paid advertising and strategic partnerships.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create data-informed, conversion-focused content and experiments.

Marketing Automation:

  • Implement and manage advanced marketing automation tools and processes to streamline lead nurturing and scoring.
  • Ensure seamless alignment of our marketing technology stack with the data-driven goals of demand generation.

Sales Alignment:

  • Collaborate closely with the sales organization to understand their needs and goals, and ensure marketing supports their efforts effectively.

Analytics and Reporting:

  • Develop and maintain data-rich dashboards and KPIs that measure the effectiveness of demand generation efforts.
  • Regularly provide leadership with insights supported by concrete numbers to demonstrate the impact of our data-driven approach.

Team Leadership:

  • Build and lead a high-performing demand generation team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Mentor and develop team members to achieve their full potential.


  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (8+ years) in demand generation, lead generation, or related roles in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Strong expertise in marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools.
  • Demonstrated experience in budget management and ROI analysis, supported by data.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and project management skills.
  • A strategic thinker with a track record of driving results through data-driven decision-making.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing market conditions.

Compensation Range
$150k - $200k OTE

For cash compensation, we set standard ranges for all US based roles based on function, level and geographic location, benchmarked against similar stage growth companies. In order to be compliant with local legislation, as well as to provide greater transparency to candidates, we share salary ranges on all job postings regardless of desired hiring location. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including geographic location as well as candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above.

Additionally, because Fingerprint is an all-remote company and people can join our workforce from almost any country, we DO NOT sponsor visas.
