Solutions Engineer — United States (All Levels & Across All Segments)

About the Role:

At Glean, the Solutions Engineering team blends technical depth, product mastery, and customer empathy to help prospects and customers achieve measurable outcomes. We’re hiring across the United States and across experience levels (Associate to Principal), with opportunities in Commercial, Enterprise, Strategic, Public Sector, Federal, and Channel segments.

  • Work model: Remote US with optional hub offices; typical travel 10%–30% depending on territory.
  • Locations: Open to candidates residing anywhere in the United States with US work authorization.

You will:

  • Lead discovery, map requirements to architectures, and deliver high‑impact demos, POCs, and pilots.
  • Tackle security, identity, and integration topics (e.g., SSO/SCIM, APIs, data flows) and navigate RFI/RFPs.
  • Quantify value and influence technical win through clear storytelling, ROI/TCO framing, and objection handling.
  • Partner cross‑functionally with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to ensure successful deployments.

About you:

  • Customer‑facing technical experience (or strong adjacent background) with clear communication and solution design skills.
  • Hands‑on comfort with modern cloud, identity, security, data, and API integrations.
  • A bias for ownership, urgency, and collaborative problem‑solving in multi‑stakeholder environments.
  • We hire at multiple levels; interviews calibrate scope and leveling.
