We help leading investors (PE/growth), investment bankers, management consultants, and corporate development teams discover and win more deals. Grata has over 500 customers and has been widely recognized as the market leader by G2, PE Wire, and more.
We’ve recently experienced significant growth and are now looking to add our first full-time product marketer to our team. In this role, you’ll have a major impact in driving the adoption of new cutting-edge products that power dealmaking. We’re looking for an ambitious subject matter expert who intimately understands our target audience. This is a high-impact role that works directly with our founders and collaborates with nearly every team at Grata.
In this role, you will:
- Collaborate with product management to define the go-to-market strategy for new product releases and updates. Create detailed launch plans that encompass product features, target audience, pricing, distribution channels, and promotion strategy.
- Act as the internal voice of our audience. Determine a clear and compelling product positioning and messaging framework that effectively communicates the value proposition of Grata to all customer segments.
- Build and own a program that effectively drives customer adoption and overall product usage.
- Equip the commercial teams (Sales & Relationship Management) with the necessary tools and resources to sell Grata effectively. Develop sales presentations, battle cards, and training materials that improve sales and retention outcomes.
- Maintain a pulse on the competitive landscape. Be ready to produce and update competitive collateral quickly and recommend improvements to Grata’s competitive posture in a dynamic market.
- Be in person 3 days/week at our NYC HQ (located near Bryant Park)
About You
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an investment banking, private equity, or corporate development role.
- You’re an excellent communicator. You can build high-quality, high-impact client-facing decks. You possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills and can demonstrate the ability to create customer-facing content and messaging that resonates.
- Proven track record in building, getting buy-in, executing data-driven marketing plans, and staying focused on high-impact work in a fast-moving environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills. Demonstrated experience building credibility with and delivering results for product teams, commercials teams, and customers.
- Autonomous self-starter. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects/deals/work-streams simultaneously.
- Demonstrated ability to glean meaningful insights from large datasets. Our primary analytics platforms are: HubSpot, Pendo, and Vitally.

The base compensation range for this role is targeted at $120,000 to $140,000.
