Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Account Executive to join our team at Horizon3. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving new business growth by building and managing a prospect pipeline, as well as nurturing and closing sales opportunities. Your exceptional sales skills, customer-centric approach, and ability to understand and meet the needs of our clients will be instrumental in achieving and exceeding sales goals.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Represent Horizon3 and its product offerings in customer accounts, showcasing our value proposition and solutions.
- Meet and exceed all sales targets and quotas to contribute to the overall success of the organization.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and colleagues, ensuring a positive and professional experience throughout the sales process.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, including prospect qualification, evaluation, negotiation, and deal closure.
- Develop and nurture a strong sales pipeline, prospect new business opportunities, and assess sales potential for continued growth.
- Utilize company-provided CRM to manage and track customer information and log all sales activities systematically.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as product support, customer success, and sales engineering, to ensure a smooth sales process.
- Create detailed business plans that align with company goals and objectives to facilitate goal attainment.
- Document all daily activities related to prospects in the CRM for accurate tracking and reporting.
- Strategically work with a team to develop prospecting strategies aligned with company initiatives.
- Identify and capitalize on networking opportunities to convert them into long-term partnerships.
- Present Horizon3 solutions to prospective clients through virtual and in-person meetings, showcasing our products' value.
- Maintain frequent communication with prospects to understand their needs and requirements for tailored solutions.
- Thrive in a remote team environment, effectively collaborating to maximize revenue potential.

- Familiarity with marketing and sales enablement tools, such as Salesforce, CRM, Outreach.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and Slack.
Education/Experience:
- 2-3 years of experience in a sales role, demonstrating a successful track record in driving revenue growth.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience working in the INFOSEC and/or SaaS industry, with a solid understanding of online privacy, security standards, and product compliance.
- College degree or equivalent work experience, providing a foundation for business acumen and critical thinking.
- Ability to collaborate and provide leadership in cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, Legal, Policy, and Operations.
- Strong problem-solving skills, displaying an entrepreneurial and creative approach to challenges.
Travel:
This is a fully remote position, but it may require up to 10% of travel to be successful. All job-related travel expenses must be reviewed and approved by your manager.
