ABOUT THE AUTOMATION SOLUTIONS DEVELOPER ROLE AT GENHEALTH

GenHealth.ai is transforming the way healthcare works, and we are looking for an exceptional hands on Automation Solutions Developer with LLM development experience to join our team. We’re looking for someone who can design, build, and own workflow automations across our customers’ operations. This role sits at the intersection of product, engineering, and client delivery.

You’ll work directly with customers to understand their workflows, identify automation opportunities, and implement reliable, scalable solutions using tools like Zapier, Make (Integromat), APIs, and internal systems.

Responsibilities

Translate messy, real-world workflows into clear automation designs

Build and maintain automations using tools like Zapier, Make (Integromat), and direct API integrations

Work directly with clients to gather requirements, iterate quickly, and ship solutions

Debug and fix broken workflows (webhooks, auth issues, edge cases, retries, etc.)

Design for reliability: monitoring, alerting, and failure handling

Collaborate with engineering to push complex workflows into more scalable systems when needed

Document workflows clearly so they can be maintained and extended

Requirements

Deep experience with no-code / low-code automation tools (Zapier, Make, n8n, etc.)

Strong understanding of APIs, webhooks, authentication, and data mapping

Ability to reason through edge cases and failure modes (idempotency, retries, partial failures)

Comfortable working directly with customers; clear and professional communicationBias toward shipping quickly and iterating

Experience working with operational workflows (billing, logistics, healthcare, etc.)

Automations you build are reliable, observable, and easy to maintain

Clients trust you and proactively bring you new problems to solve

You help us standardize and scale repeatable workflows across customers

Compensation & Benefits

The salary for this role is $75,000 – $150,000. In addition to salary, total compensation includes the following

• Healthcare, dental, and vision insurance for your entire family
