Responsibilities -

• Build and modify materials for our resource drive, including student-facing instructional materials and instructor-facing training materials
• Create and review MCAT video content for webinars or marketing materials to ensure accuracy and overall quality
• Analyze and generate explanations for released MCAT exams
• Create and edit content for MCAT prep books and resource materials
• Tutor students one-on-one on all sections of the MCAT
• Tailor a MCAT curriculum to students’ needs
• Track and analyze student progress
• Create and maintain project trackers to monitor student progress
• Keep students’ families up to date on progress
• Passionate about education

Qualifications

• Have passed the MCAT (copy of official score report will be required)
• Bachelor's Degree required, Postgraduate Degree preferred
• Experienced in working with students, ideally experience tutoring the MCAT Exam in the last 3 years
• 1-2 years of previous formal or informal teaching or tutoring experience desired
• Passionate about education
• Conscientious, punctual, reliable, and on top of organizational tasks
• Excellent at communicating with students, parents, and colleagues
• Proactive and efficient in your work
• Team-oriented and coachable
• Supportive, enthusiastic and positive!
• Ability to teach remotely over Google Meet
