We are currently hiring a Corporate Recruitment Manager. This individual will play a critical role in attracting top talent to contribute to our ongoing success. This role is an individual contributor for the corporate recruitment side of the business but will manage a small team of recruiters that focus on student facing counsellor recruitment.

Led by a team of former admissions committee officers from some of the most prestigious universities, Inspira’s mission is to democratize access to higher education across millions of deserving students in the world, so that their education and life outcomes do not get determined by a zipcode or resources of their high schools. Inspira has thus built one of the deepest benches of admissions counselors in the world who support candidates with all the aspects of their application process and help them position the best version of themselves.

We have seen tremendous growth and we recently raised our Series A financing from leading Silicon Valley investors including Craft Ventures, David Sacks (Founding Member of PayPal), Jeff Fluhr (Co-Founder and CEO of Stubhub), Kygo, and other prominent angel investors.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for various departments, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and presenting job offers.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
  • Manage a team of recruiters that focus on student facing recruitment.
  • Create a positive candidate experience from application to onboarding, ensuring timely communication and feedback.
  • Build and maintain relationships with candidates to create a robust talent pipeline.
  • Work closely with HR leadership to develop and execute recruitment strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to enhance the effectiveness of recruitment efforts.
  • Contribute to the development and promotion of our employer brand to attract top talent.
  • Utilize recruitment metrics and analytics to assess the success of recruitment strategies and provide insights for continuous improvement.
  • Prepare regular reports on key recruitment metrics for leadership.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in corporate recruitment, with a focus on senior-level roles.
  • Proven success in identifying and hiring top talent in a competitive market.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment technologies and social media platforms for sourcing.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Certifications such as CPHR or SHRM-CP are a plus.
