The Role
We are looking for a BS/MD College Admissions Consultant with prior admissions committee experience and a passion for guiding students through the highly competitive BS/MD and pre-med application process. As a BS/MD College Admissions Consultant with Quad Education, your primary responsibility will be to support students in excelling across all aspects of their applications. You will work one-on-one with students to assess their strengths and weaknesses, boost their confidence, and enhance their overall applicant profile. This includes providing personalized mentorship, monitoring academic progress, and offering strategic guidance throughout the admissions process. Your work will be critical to our commitment to delivering exceptional academic advising and helping students gain admission to their top-choice programs. This role can be located anywhere in the United States or Canada.

Responsibilities
- Work with prospective students applying to pre-medical and BS/MD programs, helping them identify opportunities to strengthen their profiles and draft compelling application materials
- Provide strategic and tactical guidance to students and families throughout the admissions lifecycle; including school selection, essays, resumes, recommendations, interviews, and application timelines
- Guide students in identifying best-fit universities and programs, with a particular emphasis on BS/MD pathways; provide structured feedback on their research and ensure alignment with academic goals and personal aspirations
- Support students in project planning and accountability, leveraging Excel-based trackers and other tools to help them manage milestones effectively
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the college and BS/MD admissions landscape in order to deliver tailored, relevant, and timely advice to students and their families
- MD degree completed; currently enrolled in a medical residency program
- Extensive experience guiding BS/MD and core pre-med applicants through all stages of the admissions process
- Prior admissions committee experience at a highly selective institution, preferably with direct involvement in evaluating BS/MD or pre-med candidates
- 7+ years of experience in education, admissions consulting, or college counseling, with a strong record of mentoring students and families
- Excellent project management, planning, and organizational skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
