Inspira Education Group is a fast-growing edtech startup focused on democratizing access to high-quality coaching globally. The Marketing Operations Manager will be the first CRM, operations, and process leader, partnering with marketing, sales, and student success teams to enhance productivity and scalability. Responsibilities include collaborating across teams to improve operational excellence, defining and implementing scalable processes, educating teams on process changes, ensuring data accuracy in HubSpot CRM, leading attribution infrastructure, integrating platforms like GTM, GA4, and HubSpot, maintaining documentation, preparing analyses, creating reports and dashboards, and driving process improvements. The role requires 4+ years of experience in business, sales, or success operations, strong HubSpot CRM knowledge, excellent analytical and communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment. This is a hybrid role requiring presence in the NYC office a few days a week.
