The CRM Administrator role is a hybrid position based in New York City, requiring in-office presence a few days per week. The role involves partnering with marketing, sales, and student success teams to enhance operational excellence and scalability globally. Responsibilities include defining and implementing sales, marketing, and student success support systems and processes, ensuring data accuracy in HubSpot CRM, leading attribution infrastructure, integrating platforms like GTM, GA4, and HubSpot, maintaining documentation, preparing analyses, creating reports and dashboards, and driving process improvements. The ideal candidate has 4+ years of experience in business, sales, or success operations, strong HubSpot CRM knowledge, excellent analytical and communication skills, and thrives in a fast-paced startup environment. The role requires a hands-on approach and a passion for driving actionable outcomes and supporting a growing team.
