The role is for a CRM, operations, and process leader who will partner with marketing, sales, and student success teams to enhance productivity and scalability globally. Responsibilities include collaborating with teams to improve operational excellence, defining and implementing scalable processes, educating teams on process changes, ensuring data accuracy in HubSpot CRM, leading attribution infrastructure, integrating platforms like GTM, GA4, and HubSpot, maintaining documentation, preparing analyses, creating reports and dashboards, and driving process improvements. The ideal candidate has 4+ years of experience in business, sales, or success operations, strong HubSpot CRM knowledge, excellent analytical and communication skills, and thrives in a fast-paced startup environment. This is a hybrid role requiring presence in the NYC office a few days a week.
