The Sales & Marketing Operations Senior Analyst will lead CRM, operations, and process initiatives, partnering with marketing, sales, and student success teams to enhance productivity and scalability. Responsibilities include collaborating across teams to improve workflows, managing HubSpot CRM data accuracy, leading attribution infrastructure and platform integrations, creating reports and dashboards, driving process improvements, and supporting change management. The role requires 4+ years of relevant experience, strong HubSpot CRM knowledge, excellent analytical and communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment. This hybrid position requires presence in the NYC office a few days a week.
