The Sales Development Representative (SDR) role involves identifying, engaging, and building pipelines of top candidates for internal corporate teams and network counselors. This hybrid role requires working from the NYC office a few days a week, with relocation support if needed. Responsibilities include partnering with recruiters and hiring managers to define Ideal Candidate Profiles, building qualified pipelines, supplementing offshore sourcing with manual outreach, sending personalized messages, experimenting with sourcing strategies, maintaining accurate candidate profiles in Greenhouse, conducting initial screens, tracking sourcing activity, and collaborating cross-functionally. Qualifications include 2+ years of prospecting experience, success in converting prospects to meetings, experience with LinkedIn Recruiter or SalesNavigator, familiarity with applicant tracking systems and CRMs, excellent communication skills, strong organizational skills, creativity, persistence, and a proactive approach.
