The Performance Marketing Manager will architect and lead cutting-edge performance marketing strategies to drive client acquisition and revenue goals. Responsibilities include setting and driving direct-to-consumer growth strategies across channels like Google Ads, Meta, TikTok Ads; testing new growth channels; optimizing campaigns for maximum ROAS; leading A/B testing, cohort analysis, and customer segmentation; leveraging SQL and Python for analytics and predictive modeling; developing forecasting models and performance reporting; collaborating with data teams on attribution models; working with other marketing channel leads; analyzing key metrics for campaign effectiveness; leading CRO initiatives; developing strong cross-functional relationships; and influencing company-wide marketing decisions. The role requires 3-5 years of experience in performance marketing, mastery of paid search and social, hands-on experience with advertising platforms, strong analytical skills, familiarity with marketing automation and attribution tools, proficiency in SQL, Python, and web analytics, excellent project management and communication skills. This is a hybrid role requiring presence in the NYC office a few days a week.
