We have an immediate opening for a GTM Strategy & Analytics Manager with a proven track record of success to join our rapidly growing team. Reporting to the Head of Revenue Operations, this role serves as a critical member of the Revenue Operations team and is responsible for building an operations function that will support and accelerate the success of our growing sales and marketing teams. This role requires prior Revenue Operations experience.

What You'll Do:

  • Build & optimize our tech stack and reporting tools - data systems, excel models, data warehousing
  • Analyze key business drivers, trends, and operating metrics, translating data into insights and recommendations to sales leadership
  • Design and build models and dashboards to inform decision-making throughout the revenue organization
  • Build and improve upon GTM-focused data models within the enterprise data warehouse
  • Lead segmentation strategy, territory design, quota setting
  • Support incentive compensation design & process, pipeline management, and sales forecasting
  • Drive the roadmap for improving operational processes and systems
  • Build dashboards and reports in Salesforce & Mode to surface business insights
  • Be the subject matter expert and proven leader on sales performance, processes & systems at Instawork
  • Maintain forecast model and process (e.g., logos, ACVs, segments) in coordination with sales operations and finance

Who You Are:

  • 3+ years experience in Revenue Operations
  • Strong data and analytics skills, including fluency in Excel / Google Sheets, SQL (Required), and BI / data visualization tools
  • Deep experience with Salesforce (Required)
  • Experience leveraging data and a modern data stack to drive improvements throughout the sales funnel
  • Strong cross-functional and executive communication skills, including a proven ability to build strong working relationships with business partners such as sales, enablement, marketing and finance
  • Experience at a high-growth SaaS company supporting GTM functions is a plus
  • Entrepreneurial self-starter that thrives in a fast-moving environment and are capable of independently seeking information, marshaling resources, and delivering results without waiting for direction
  • Strategic thinker who is able to zoom out to the big picture while also understanding the nitty gritty of execution, set key business goals and milestones, and then work relentlessly to realize that strategy
